I’ve used Lunarpages since 2003, and I’ve always been very pleased with their services, products, and customer service.
Even with their Basic Hosting Plan, which is what I use; you get unlimited everything – storage, bandwidth, add-on domains, parked domains, sub-domains, mysql databases, email accounts, autoresponders, and the list goes on.
My favorite part about Lunarpages is all the goodies you get for free. AdWords Credit, Facebook Ads Credit, and MySpace Ads Credit. Lunarpages has a partnership with CoffeCup Software that provides a stunning array of extremely useful free software titles such as CoffeeCup Direct FTP, HTML Editor, Sitemapper, Web Form Builder, Flash Menu Builder, Web Calendar, Flash Photo Gallery, and much more.
I’ve only had occasion to use their Customer Support system twice in the seven years that I’ve been a Lunarpages customer. And, both times the experience was pleasant and productive. I spoke to a real human being speaking native English who was knowledgeable and had the tools on hand to address my issues right then and there.
All in all, I can honestly say I’m a loyal Lunarpages customer. I’ve shopped around and I haven’t found any other service that can match Lunarpages overall performance, and especially in Customer Service.
